Terms of Use
Performing Arts Programs, a Lamb Theatricals LLC company
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Performing Arts Programs website at joinperformingarts.org or registering for any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or register for our programs. These terms apply to all visitors, students, and parents or guardians acting on behalf of minors.
About Our Programs
Performing Arts Programs, a Lamb Theatricals LLC company, is operated as a registered DBA of Lamb Theatricals LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company. We offer group acting classes, summer programs, youth choir, and related performing arts instruction for children and teens in Hartford County, CT, as well as private coaching through our affiliate Lamb Studios Online.
Registration and Enrollment
Registration for most programs is handled through various municipal recreation departments or directly through Lamb Theatricals LLC. By registering a minor for a program, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and have the authority to enroll them and agree to these terms on their behalf.
Enrollment is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify programs due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by us, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a refund or credit.
Fees and Payments
Program fees are as listed at the time of registration. Payments are processed through our municipal partners or through secure third-party processors (Stripe, Square). Fees are generally non-refundable once a session has begun unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment.
For private coaching through Lamb Studios Online, separate subscription terms apply. See lambstudios.online/program_policies for those terms.
Conduct and Participation
We are committed to providing a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all students. We expect all students and accompanying adults to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect. We reserve the right to remove any student from a program without refund for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others.
Photography and Media Release
By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge that photographs or video may be taken during classes, rehearsals, and performances. These images may be used for our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you do not wish for your child to appear in any such materials, please notify us in writing at info@lambtheatricals.org prior to the start of the program.
Health and Safety
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is in appropriate health to participate in our programs. Please notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect participation. We are not responsible for injuries that occur as a result of a student's failure to follow instructor directions or safety guidelines.
