01

Registration & Enrollment

Registration for Performing Arts Programs is handled through various municipal recreation departments or directly through Lamb Theatricals LLC, depending on the program. Enrollment is subject to availability and minimum enrollment requirements.

  • Age requirements: Each program has specified age ranges. Please confirm your child meets the age requirement before registering.
  • Minimum enrollment: Programs require a minimum number of participants to run. If a program does not meet minimum enrollment, it may be cancelled. Full refunds will be issued in that case.
  • Program capacity: Programs have limited enrollment. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registering early is strongly encouraged.
  • Waitlists: When a program is full, a waitlist may be available. Waitlisted participants will be contacted if a space opens.
02

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once a program begins, no refunds will be issued — with one exception: a refund request accompanied by a signed physician’s note documenting an injury or illness that prevents participation may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Administrative fees may apply.

Before a program begins: Refund or transfer requests made before the first class session may be considered, subject to an administrative fee of $25 per participant deducted from the refunded amount. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@lambtheatricals.org.

No-shows and missed classes: Refunds are not issued for missed individual class sessions due to personal schedule conflicts, illness, or any other personal reason. It is the participant’s responsibility to attend scheduled sessions.

Programs cancelled by PAP: If Performing Arts Programs cancels a program for any reason — including insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control — full refunds will be issued.

Weather and emergency cancellations: If a session is cancelled due to severe weather or an emergency, we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a pro-rated credit toward a future program may be offered. Refunds are not guaranteed for weather cancellations.

Municipal program registrations: For programs registered through a municipal recreation department, that department’s refund policy may also apply. Please review their policies at the time of registration.

03

Attendance & Personal Responsibility

Regular attendance is essential to the learning experience — for your child and for the group. Please make every effort to attend all scheduled sessions.

  • Missed sessions: Missed individual class sessions cannot be made up or credited. No refunds are issued for absences due to personal conflicts or illness.
  • Late arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals disrupt the class for all participants. Persistent late arrivals may result in the student being asked to sit out until a natural break in the session.
  • Pickup and drop-off: Parents and guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pickup. Children will not be released to anyone other than the registered parent or guardian without prior written authorization.
  • Communication: It is the parent’s or guardian’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check communications regularly. Important notices regarding scheduling, cancellations, and program updates are sent via email.
04

Conduct & Disciplinary Policy

Performing Arts Programs is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for every student. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

  • First incident: The student will receive a verbal warning and the incident will be reported to the parent or guardian that day.
  • Second incident: The student may be removed from the program without refund.

Lamb Theatricals LLC reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the program, the instructor, or other students. All fees are forfeited upon dismissal.

05

Photography, Video & Media

Photographs and video may be taken during classes, rehearsals, and performances for use in our website, social media, and promotional materials. By registering for a program, you grant Lamb Theatricals LLC permission to photograph and/or video record your child during program activities.

If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing at info@lambtheatricals.org prior to the start of the program.

06

Health & Medical

By registering a child for any program, the parent or guardian certifies that the participant is in good health with no condition, illness, or abnormality that would subject them to undue personal risk from participating in performing arts activities.

Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect your child’s participation. In the event of an emergency requiring medical attention, Lamb Theatricals LLC is authorized to obtain whatever medical treatment it deems necessary or appropriate under the circumstances.
